It was intense, it was good and right on time! That’s how I would describe my weekend in Stockholm. I drove up with a crew from the House on the friday and landed at Klara Church where the holy riders, a group of 150 bikers came together with Ulf Christiansson to praise and and get pumped for Jesus. Saturday was a crazy day starting at 07.00 hours when dad and me hit downtown Stockholm got ready for the invasion of 25.000 gathering christians. As I walked the streets in this old hometown of mine, I walked with new perspective. Looking into the eyes of by-passing people I saw the haze, the stress and the dullness that Stockholm is under. So much sadness, lack of love. Also many christians. Seeing them actually touched me, the spiritual poverty, the disconnection from Loving Papa, with a look that said: feed me, I’m hungry and thirsty! But I also met many good friends and had some great talks with people…got to give some Jesus fire to hungry soldiers…good stuff..
The highlight on sunday was without a doubt the baptism of my sister, Joy. As we walked into the water, getting ready to baptize, we walked into the presence of Jesus. It was awesome! We prayed and then I dumped her under! Whamm! Good stuff! We both gave a good scream. After the service I drove back with Elise, a rock’n roll chick for The House and entered Gothenburg 4 hours later after racing the higway in a small car. The fastest drive between Stockholm and Gothenburg I’ve ever done!
